Reading books is Healthy

One way to improve in our health is by gaining the health knowledge. Knowledge can come from many sources, for example, you can attend health talk/seminar, reading health articles online, reading health related books / magazines. I realize that some health program like Detox program includes a Diploma course in Diet and Nutrition too as part of the package. In fact, this is the course I am currently attending, but I didn’t take their yearly detox program la.

I put this post under Mental Health because knowledge is sort of related to mental health (mental development). Here are some of the health related books I read and used as a reference for this website.
