Acne and Sensitive skin (29 years old from Johor Bahru)

acne-sensitive-skinIn has been a habit for me to wear makeup everyday whenever I go to the office. In October last year, I began attending yoga classes. I went for yoga immediately after my work but usually without first removing my makeup. As the workout caused profuse sweat and the fact that I have a sensitive skin, pimples soon popped up on my face. In the beginning, I paid little concern to this, thinking that it was merely a manifestation of the so-called detoxification effect. To my astonishment, however, the condition worsened one month later, to the extent that pimples had further spread all over my face. It was not until then that I realized the importance of makeup removal, but this proved to be too heavy a lesson to learn, as the pimples seemed to have “taken root” and would probably never heal.

Under the recommendation of Triple Diamond Teo Po Long, I started taking 6 capsules of Lingzhi and 12 capsules of Pollen everyday since December last year. In addition, I have also been consuming 2 packets of Jia Hor Instant Soya Protein Powder every morning, supplemented by the use of the complete set of Vcare Skincare Products. One month on, this regimen of mine has brought about significant improvements – I have become “immuned” to the pimples, which have healed but with still some shallow marks remaining, though.
